Does the Zep hair removal liquid really work to unplug the bath-tub drain stoppage?

Saturday, August 13th, 2011

The bath tub was partially plugged due to many years’
hair deposited in the drain. I tried with the hand-turned snake with partial success( I tried 3 times ,it went the same distance, not any inch more). Homedepot people assured me that the Zep hair removal works. I am highly skeptical. Any comments? or the only way to do right is using the power snake?

Being a Plumber, I always believe in mechanical means (snake) for drain cleaning. However, I have been impressed by products made by Zep for drains. Draincare by Zep is effective in cleaning lines for septic systems since it is an emzyme product. Try the liquid but make sure to follow the directions fully.

What is the best method for pubic hair removal?

Wednesday, August 10th, 2011

My boyfriend likes me to remove all the hair from my genital area, but I find that shaving causes a lot of irritation, and it’s a really bother having to do it so often. I want to find some kind of home waxing kit or something similar like Nads, or some kind of cream. I need to find some kind hair removal alternative to shaving that lasts longer and won’t cause as much irritation. If anyone out there has any experience with these products, or has any suggestion for removing pubic hair, please let me know. Even if it’s just a technique for shaving, or a shaving cream that works the best, tell me. I really need to figure something out. Thanks.

i use a hard body wax from Gigi. you can buy them at sally beauty supply. you will need to purchase a warmer to go with it, but they’re not too pricey. i am most happy with this product than any other product out there for brazilan wax. nothing works quite like it. the more you use it the more sparse the hairs will be when they grow back. (meaning it appears to grow back a lot thinner) it HURTS at first, but your tolerance for pain really does get higher as you use it. i have no problems doing a brazilian wax on myself OTHER than the fact that sometimes it’s hard to reach certain areas…so just get a pillow lean against it on the bathroom floor and put a large full size mirror infront of you and it shouldnt be too difficult. its frustrating the first couple times you use it but once you get the hang of it it’s awesome (and easy) the best way to minimize pain is to apply the wax WITH the direction of hair growth, tighten the skin (stretch the skin in that area) and pull FAST in the opposite direction of the hair growth. works amazingly and you can use it all over your body. no irritation for me. you may want to go get a brazilian wax from a spa and get the feel for it before you spend your money on that. some people cant tolerate the pain.

usually your body will adapt to shaving. I’ve been doing it for years now and don’t have any probs.

Waxing will last longer.

Hair removal products work, but not that great at first, depending on length it may leave it patchy so you will have to redo it. Also doesn’t really last, about the same as shaving.

What hair removal product actually works and causes the least pain!?

Saturday, August 6th, 2011

Okay so waxing hurts like hell, shaving just makes it worse and sometimes stubbly and then those hair removal creams and stuff smell bad and hardly work!
whats a girl to do?
So anyone out there who has found a good hair removal product that doesn’t hurt a lot [i dont mind a bit!] please share =]
Thanks!

I use VEET (it barely stings compared to NAIR) for my legs and I have done laser hair removal for my arm pits. I recommend both!

What is the best method of hair removal on the legs?

Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011

I’ve seen a cream that you apply onto your legs, and leave it there for 2-3 minutes. Then you wash the cream off in warm water, and the hair falls right off. Has anybody heard of or seen that? Is that effective? Pros and cons? Any other effective methods of hair removal aside from surgery?

Those creams really suck – like Nair or Veet! They hardly work, why don’t you wax them it’s really good and it makes your skin super smooth as well =)

These creams usually burn your skin too and its equivelent to shaving – your hair grows back darker I would reccoment you wax them =)

What is the best method of painless hair removal?

Friday, July 29th, 2011

Are there any good hair removal products or devices that assist in long lasting & painless (or almost painless) hair removal? Specially when it comes to more ‘delicate’ areas such as bikini or brows. I am looking for alternatives to shaving and waxing. Thanks.

What hair removal cream is best for pubic hair?

Friday, July 22nd, 2011

I don’t want to shave or wax, and I’ve used nair and didn’t like it. Right now I’m using Sally Hansen hair removal spray, but it’s not technically FOR pubic hair and it leaves a bad stubble. I go for a Brazilian style, so I leave NO hair.

What’s your favorite product for this? Any other input would be appreciated. Thanks.

try veet

How does one become a licensed laser hair removal specialist?

Monday, July 18th, 2011

I am in Washington state – not sure if that makes a difference. I can find all kinds of beauty schools offering training for the removal of hair via waxing, however, I cannot find anything offering training for laser hair removal.

Go to the attached site. Some of the providers listed offer training schools. Just call the number, 888.517.4187, ask for Doug and ask him to get you a list of which providers offer certification.

Good luck.

What is the most effective hair removal method?

I am so tired of shaving my legs everyday. And it leaves a lot of bumps. Would waxing be better? I have even heard of that hair removal cream, or those stones that remove hair when you rub it on your skin. What would be the best to use, or should I just stick to shaving?

waxing lasts much longer then shaving
