I am responsible and have never broken her trust and she does trust me. I rarely drink because she only allows me to drink sometimes. I said I want to get a tatoo that i can hide (like a small one on my hip) and a nose piercing and she said if I get one she is forcing me to get laser removal and she will rip the piercing out. She also told me she can control everything i do while im still living under her roof.

I love her and dont mean to whinge but I feel i should have more freedom seeing as I am responnsible and will be classed as an adult. Her treating me this way is making me really consider moving out as soon as I turn 18 because I cant deal with it anymore.

Ive talked to her about it and she wont even listen to anything I try and say she just yells and says Im being immature and need to grow up even when I am speaking respectfully to her :( She also keeps saying that i need to prove myself first but I dont know how i can do that when I always obey her rules and she already trusts me

Is there anything I can do to change her mind or shall I just move out like Im considerig

im 17 and will be 18 in two months and i mean ill get the tatoos and piercinig after i turn 18.

The 12 o clock curfew is pretty generous and the tattoo and piercing after 18 is up to You if you live in her house or not she can’t make you get laser removal and seriously.. rip it out shed go to jail.. but if your that upset about it get a place of your own when you turn 18 so you don’t have to worry about it

Tell her, she never gives you a chance to prove her, tell her you would like one oppertunity to prove to her you are trust worthy. show her how much of a good head you have on your shoulders, tell her how good your grades are, and that you havent done anything to make her not trust you! She needs to learn eventually she will be loosing her child, and needs to start winging off of you now, you need to have the freedom that every teenage has (as i am a teenager, (17) and can stay out till 2 A.M.) explain to her you need to learn things on your own, and the more she keeps telling you that you cant do something, will just make you want to do it more! Hope i helped

Well the best thing to do is , ask her why.
Because tattoos aren’t actually really a good idea, just because its cool or attracting, its bad for your skin. It could cause skin cancer or something. Nose piercing is alright, that’s actually fine. Since some cultures have nose piercing and can never take it off or else they’re going against the religion.
Just because you’re turning 18 doesn’t mean you become an actual adult, you must learn how to do your own chores, my your own groceries, your own…well basically everything your mother been doing all of your life.
Another thing is, your her baby girl, meaning its really hard for her to have you leave. She wants you to stay with her.
This actually happens to many mothers/daughters relationships.
To prove yourself, try learning about cooking, chores, groceries, finding a job (a good job actually), getting into college, and study hard.

Her house, her rules. That is the bottom line. It may not seem fair, but it is reality. If you cannot deal with her rules, get your own place.

As a mother myself, I can understand your mother’s feelings. She just loves you so much and is scared to let go. Once a mother gives her daughter more freedom, she is just scared of what you will do with that freedom. It also sounds to me that she may have some personal issues, maybe she experienced things your age that she is scared you might do and she doesn’t want you to make the same mistakes.

What I don’t understand is why she can’t sit down with you and have a good talk about this. It’s not fair that she jumps on you when you try to talk to her about it.

You could try to write her a letter. This way she can read it, take the time to think about it and then maybe she would be more willing to talk about it more.

Good luck! I hope my daughters will be great like you! : )

does the tatoo removal cream "fadeplex" really work? http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/does-the-tatoo-removal-cream-fadeplex-really-work http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/does-the-tatoo-removal-cream-fadeplex-really-work#comments Fri, 25 Nov 2011 04:37:18 +0000 admin http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/does-the-tatoo-removal-cream-fadeplex-really-work I want to remove my tatoo but I’m super freaked out about laser removal so, I wanted to try a removal cream first. I’m not sure which one to use. I looked at some tatoo removal association website and it said fadeplex and tatmed were the best. Any ideas? Have you or do you know anyone that has used either before and had good results?

If laser takes several treatments to fade tattoos, how can CREAM do that?

Sorry, it’s another money making business to me.

The FDA have banned whitening products.
The reason cited for the proposed ban is that studies in rodents show "some evidence" that hydroquinone may act as a carcinogen or cancer-causing chemical, although its cancer-causing properties have yet to be proved in humans. Hydroquinone also has been linked with the medical condition known as ochronosis in which the skin becomes dark and thick. Dome-shaped yellowish spots and grayish-brown spots also are observed in ochronosis among black women and men in South Africa, Britain, and the U.S. Ochronosis has been observed in conjunction with hydroquinone use even in persons who have used hydroquinone-containing cosmetics for a short time. Some studies also report abnormal function of the adrenal glands and high levels of mercury in people who have used hydroquinone-containing cosmetics. For these reasons, hydroquinone has already been banned in Japan, the European Union, and Australia.

Any skin-lightening products containing hydroquinone would be considered new drugs, according to the proposed FDA regulations. The products would require FDA approval before being sold to the public and would only be available with a doctor’s prescription.

I believe you need a bachelor’s degree in dermatology to do things like this.
Go to the website of your local university and see if they offer these types of degrees. If they don’t, start checking out different cosmetology/trade schools. Good luck!

What kind of license needed to do laser skin care? http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/what-kind-of-license-needed-to-do-laser-skin-care http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/what-kind-of-license-needed-to-do-laser-skin-care#comments Tue, 15 Jun 2010 03:04:58 +0000 admin http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/what-kind-of-license-needed-to-do-laser-skin-care I want to know what kind of license needed to do laser skin care( eye brow tatoo removal, age spot etc.) With an estheician license, will it be enough? Thanks

It depends where you live and what the local or state requirements are. In some states, you only need to work under a doctor’s supervision and don’t need an esthetic license, which I find a bit scary. I would never want to go to anyone who does not have appropriate education. Esthetic license should get you in anywhere. There are advances esthetic courses you can take as well since many physicians want people who are experienced on the machines. Each machine is different though, and some states require direct education from the machine’s manufacturer before allowing estheticians to use it.

Good luck.

Tattoo removal question? http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/tattoo-removal-question http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/tattoo-removal-question#comments Tue, 01 Jun 2010 05:06:01 +0000 admin http://www.besttattooremovalmethods.com/blog/laser-tatoo-removal/tattoo-removal-question I had a laser treament done to remove a tatoo. It formed a scab that fell off. Most of the ink is faded but the heavy parts of where the scab is still pink. And this is about 2 months since getting the treatment. At first I thought it was just raw and would heal but why hasnt it yet. My question is will this skin always be pink in these spots.

no, it won’t be always pink, it will fade away in days/weeks so don’t worry about it, this is supposed to happen.
