tattoo question?

if you had a tatoo that you didn’t like anymore, would you have it covered up( which would require a bigger tattoo)? I don’t like where the tattoo is, but laser removal wouldn’t be that affective because its has alot of black and is larger. I was thinking about tiger lillies to cover but would preferr to not have any tattoo. any suggestion?

The cover up tatto does not neccesarily have to be larger, I would search around for a reputiable shop that has an artist experienced with coverups if you choose this route.

Laser removal can be costly and usually take anywhere from 5-12 sittings. As far as your tattoo being mostly black, black is the first hue to be broken apart by laser removal. (black and purples disapear first, then red, then the lighter colors).

Alot of tattoo shops offer laser removal now. If your not sure I would speak with a tattoo artist to help decide the best route and may make an appointment for a concultaion with someone licsensed in laser removal. (Like I said alot of shops now offer laser removal, I work at blue horseshoe tattoo and we offer laser removal at all of our shops).

Well, if you want the tattoo gone, but don’t want another tattoo, but also don’t want to go through laser treatment, I would say you are in quite a pickle. I wouldn’t recommend getting another tattoo to cover up the existing one — what if you don’t like the new one?

A few months ago I heard about a treatment called Wrecking Balm: It supposedly removes the tattoo painlessly and effectively. I’m not sure how well it works, or how (in fact) painless it is — seeing as the ink will have to be removed from the deeper layers of the dermis, it can’t feel all that good. But, if you want to check it out…

incorrect. laser removal would be quite effective. what or who gave you the idea that it wouldn’t be? if you want the tattoo gone, fork out the loads of money it will cost to have it removed as well as the huge amount of pain you’ll be going through. or, if you’re not wanting to do that, go ahead and get a cover-up.
