My BFF just had hers removed from at a tattoo shop in NC. (went to a large city) I think they called it reverse tatoo. Only reason I am mentioning it is because they did a great job for $200 and when she consulted a doctor (plastic surgeon) in our town, it was going to cost over $1,200. Anyone you use, ask to see their work on other clients -

Try talking to your regular doctor and ask him if he can recommend anyone. Doctors usually know who's good and who's not among them.
