what is the best and strongest numbing cream to use down below if your getting laser hair removal and later a tatoo, down below, I don’t want to feel any of the pain,please reccommend a strong numbing cream that works,please
Thanks but the question wasn’t for hair removal ,please read it was for a NUMBING CREAM, that will make the skin numb to pain before you go through laser surgery, thanks
